It’s Friday, and if you’d like to welcome the weekend with a tropical cocktail then mix up tonight’s Hamanasi Happy Hour Special: the “Melon Splash”! As you can see they’re a hit here at the Hamanasi bar. Mix melon liquor, melon drue, light rum, fresh lime juice, simple syrup and a splash of sparkling wine or champagne! Take a sip, close your eyes and you’ll feel like you’re back in Belize.
