Bread: Coconut Milk Bread

Darasa: Green banana mashed and steamed in plantain leaf, served with spicy tomato sauce

Conch Fritters: Fresh local conch morsels lightly pounded and folded in seasoned flour batter with fresh herbs served with house tartar sauce

Main Course: “Sere with Hudut”

Rich coconut milk base soup cooked with snapper fillet & served with mashed green plantain

Dessert: ‘Cassava Plastic Cake’

Rich flourless cassava plastic cake made with cassava root, coconut milk, brown sugar and spices
