Great adventures, great beach/water activities, great food and drinks, AMAZING customer service - like wow customer service. Every staff member was friendly, greeted you by name, and wanted you to have the best stay. I can’t wait to go back. It was the perfect blend of relaxing beach and adventure.
We were two couples that just got back from the amazing Hamanasi resort wow wow, certainly it was paradise, the people were absolutely profesional, caring, friendly a place that we all call magical, the food soooo delicious and the snorkeling to die for wow wow , the snorkeling crew were fabulous and friendly they certainly made us feel like family and very knowledgeable about the marine life, every day we went snorkeling and it was so full of surprises to see turtles, dolphins, stingrays, nurse sharks, lobster and more wow, wow.Their customer service was impecable at the restaurant, bar, rooms, snorkeling shop and last but not least the grounds and landscaping were absolutely amazing, we felt we had died and gone to heaven, thank you, thank you for making us all feel so welcomed and at home 🙌🙌🙌🙏🙏🙏👏👏
Every single aspect of Hamanasi is absolutely top notch. The entire staff here provided the best service I have ever experienced. The snorkeling and dining are even better than we expected. We are already booking for next year!
We 10/10 recommend Hamanasi! We spent 6 days there with our family of 6, and everybody absolutely loved it. The rooms are amazing - we stayed in the treehouses, and it was so quiet and peaceful. The service is phenomenal, possibly some of the best we've experienced. Everybody was friendly and helpful without being overwhelming. We loved the location, far enough from the highly touristed areas but not too far. The food was excellent with a wide variety of options at each meal. The activities are well-planned and fitted to your interests. The property is gorgeous - the grounds are perfectly maintained, and we felt 100% safe the entire time. The ease of the reservation process and planning was excellent. We will definitely return!
We are in our 70's, young feeling, but slower than others. The guides couldn't have been nicer or more patient, and knowledgeable on what they do. Thank you Mr Bol, Jason, John, Alec, and France. We couldn't have done it without you. Thank you, thank you. The ladies in the dining room remembered our names, were great at their jobs and it was hard to say good bye. The food was wonderful, by the way. Thank you Darnell for helping keep our activities straight. And bar staff, David and Juan. I wish I could remember everyone's name, so I could thank you also. This place is special. It's a place where you come and feel cared for. We'll be back 😁

My father and I decided to go on a vacation. I wanted something relaxing with being fully inclusive for us both. We went on a few tours, the Mayan Ruins was amazing. The guides were so informative and so friendly, what a beautiful place. We also went on a scuba dive and all of the guides were so happy to help. My father had a bit of a hard time, and the guide spent so much time with him to make sure he was comfortable. Every single person was so kind, they paid extreme attention to detail to everything we were doing, where we were going ect. And lastly, every employ knew our names, they always greeted us by name. It’s a wonderful place. Very beautiful. Food was amazing. And they take very good care of the property.
Make that Reservation!
It isn't often that an experience surpasses all expectations, but that is what happened at Hamanasi! From our airport pickup and first lunch to the bittersweet departure on our last day, our experience was basically perfect. It's a beautiful resort, tucked perfectly into the trees so you get the best of the jungle and the ocean all in one. The food is superb, and I can't say enough about how genuinely warm the staff is. We came with three kids (teen, preteen and elementary age), and they all enjoyed it - especially the Deluxe Treehouse where we stayed and the pool! We were able to snorkel, go cave tubing, and visit Mayan ruins, all with the best guides. Recommendations - spending some time at the end of the dock watching for manatees, shopping at GariMaya, which is an easy 10 minute walk from the resort, and games in the bar during happy hour. We can't wait to visit again!
We absolutely love everything about Hamanasi. The rooms are lovely, ample in size, and the treehouse rooms are especially beautiful. Private, large, close to wildlife, and very special. The service is impeccable. Everyone is just lovely. And the Dive Shop is the most professional, impressive one we’ve ever seen. Our whole family dives, and we are return visitors. We loved our dive instructors. My wife and I got our Advanced PADI certification, and our daughters will do that on their next trip. We plan to return again!
