Wonderful resort. We picked this resort for our honeymoon and couldn't have been happier. Everything was clean and food was great. The staff was exceptional at every encounter. Very accommodating. We spent most of our time scuba diving and a few land excursions. The resort feels very private and is not crowded. We will be back. Hopefully many times.

Every single aspect of Hamanasi is absolutely top notch. The entire staff here provided the best service I have ever experienced. The snorkeling and dining are even better than we expected. We are already booking for next year!

Exceeded all of our expectations. Gorgeous property, warm and friendly staff, knowledgeable tour guides, great food, no crowds, nice beach and great activities to book, or not, both jungle and reef.

Great adventures, great beach/water activities, great food and drinks, AMAZING customer service - like wow customer service. Every staff member was friendly, greeted you by name, and wanted you to have the best stay. I can’t wait to go back. It was the perfect blend of relaxing beach and adventure.

My wife and I are currently at a sub par resort talking about how Hamanasi was one of the best experiences of our lives. -The food was beyond exceptional. Every meal was special, and they served a pork caldo soup that 7 years later is still the best soup I have ever had in my life. - the excursions were all fun (not very strenuous) but let you see what the forests and the ocean had to offer. -the rooms were huge, bedding was exceptional and the views were great. Very easy access to the beach.

This was the perfect place to stay, we had so much fun. Hamanasi is incredibly accommodating and the staff are excellent. Being able to snorkel the reef was amazing. The views are out of this world and the resort itself was beautiful.

Hamanasi was the best trip I have ever taken with my niece. The staff, from booking to our final drive to the airport, were exceptional. While booking they were so helpful answering questions. Once we arrived in Belize they were outstanding! They provided a wealth of information and care in all of the activities we participated in and we solidly booked each and every day we were there. Our activities ranged from snorkeling and scuba lessons to visiting the Mayan ruins, horseback riding, canoeing down the river to our ultimate adventure of tubing through the cave system. No matter what request we made of the staff, they immediately and courteously helped us. They went out of their way to treat us as a valued family member. Our cave excursion was not part of our original adventures, but at the last minute, they were able to change our schedule to accommodate our request. The room was absolutely beautiful, we were particularly impressed with the furniture which is all crafted on Belize. We had a covered deck which had ocean views. Absolutely spectacular!!!! The meals served were exquisite in presentation and taste. We can't thank Hamansi staff for the best vacation we have had together! We look forward to returning in the future!

The Hamanasi is a beautiful hotel with amazing excursions, great rooms, and nice pool and beachfront. The first couple nights we stayed in a treehouse room. The room was very nice and enough room for our family of 5. Then halfway through our stay, we switched to the beachfront room. They were about the same size but the beachfront one was nice because it was right next to the pool. The breakfast was very good with lots of options and fresh food every day. We normally ordered lunch by the pool or packed it to go for our adventures. Love how the servers get to know you by name very quickly. You can tell they are trained well! Dinner was also delicious and the waiters were very kind. One of the best adventures to sign up for is the chocolate tour. First they take you to a cocoa farm and show you the first steps of making chocolate there. Then you go to the factory where you get to make your own chocolate. There is also a store downstairs where you can buy some of the organic chocolate that they make. the other excursions that we did were diving, ziplining, waterfall repelling, and fishing. The dive shop was very organized and easy even if you aren't a professional diver. The dive crew was amazing and we felt very safe while diving. The fishing was another amazing experience that we had at the Hamanasi. It was not through the hotel, but the adventure center gave us the recommendation. We caught at least 30 fish, including one barracuda. The hotel cooked the fish that we caught for dinner that night and it was delicious. The ziplining and waterfall repelling were another highlight of our stay. They were both at the same place about 45 minutes away from the hotel. Our family got a private van and driver to take us there and back. They were always so professional and knowledgeable, especially Mr. Field. For the ziplining, there is a short hike to get to the first line. They take you on 8 different ziplines over the rainforest with amazing views. I would recommend the ziplining for everyone. It felt very safe but it was also very fun. The waterfall repelling was a all day activity. It started with a steep hike to get to the waterfall. It started raining halfway through our hike, but we were going to get wet anyways so it was fine. At the top of the waterfall there was a natural pool that we could swim in. There was also a spot above the waterfall that you could jump off of. After swimming, we took family photos with a beautiful view in the background. Next came the waterfall repelling. The guides hooked you up to a rope and then sent you one at a time down the waterfall. It was very hard but extremely fun. We went down 2 sections of the waterfall, and then hiked back down. Another tour that we did was the wood shop and garden tour. At the wood shop tour, they showed us how all of the chairs, stools, and furniture were made for the hotel. The garden tour was very beautiful and it was nice to see how they use all of the fruits, vegetables, and herbs in the food that they serve. The pool and the beach area at the hotel are very nice. The only problem was the Sargassum sea grass. It piled up at the shore so we couldn't go swimming for most of the time. One of our favorite parts of the hotel was Mango the cat. She always sat right outside the main building and loved to be pet. Overall the Hamanasi exceeded our expectations and was a great choice to stay in Belize.

Had a great time here celebrating my anniversary and attending a wedding. The staff was amazing in providing services and tending to requests. The different excursions were amazing (some through the resort and others arranged by the resort) from cave tubing, diving/snorkeling, fishing, hikes, etc. Highly recommend for relaxing getaway!
