The Blue Tang is the common name given to an Indo-Pacific surgeonfish. We like our blue tangs with cherry and lime so no, we are not talking about a fish. Our Blue Tang is the name of a delightful vanilla-based rum cocktail that is blue!
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz. Travelers vanilla gold rum
- ½ oz. Blue Curacao
- 3 oz. Passion fruit juice
- 2 oz. Lime juice
- Ice
Preparation:
Place ice in a glass, pour rum over and fill with Blue Curacao, passion fruit juice and lime juice. Garnish with a cherry on top and a lime wedge on the rim!
