Try Hamanasi’s Delicious Craboo Fizz!

The Craboo tree, a.k.a. Nance Tree, is a tropical plant found throughout the tropical Americas and on Hamanasi's property. It produces a deliciously sweet and tart berry. The craboo fruit is seasonal, so when the tree is bearing Mark and his crew make full use of it.  It starts with Belizean rum, fresh organic lime juice and a simple syrup made from Belizean sugar cane -- but you can use whatever sugar you have on hand. Ask for a Craboo Fizz ~ a real Hamanasi Treat!

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz 3 barrel rum
• 2 oz craboo juice
• 1/2 oz Nance liqueur
• 1/4 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
