Make Hamanasi’s Mango Salsa at Home!

Ingredients:

  • 1 turn mango
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 tablespoons red bell pepper
  • 2-3 tablespoons cilantro
  • Salt to taste
  • Habanero pepper (optional)

From our kitchen to you. Bring a taste of the tropics home with you with this fresh snack that takes 5 minutes to prepare – it’s a crowd favorite at Hamanasi, especially during Mango Fest each spring!

Preparation:

Chop Mango, onion and red bell pepper.  Optionally chop habanero pepper if you want to make it spicy.  Mix together in a bowl with lime juice and garnish with cilantro.  Let stand.  Serve with corn chips and imagine you are at Hamanasi…  Enjoy!
